Food Safety and Quality Policy Statement
It is
the policy of Outback Pride to meet or exceed our obligations under
current legislation in respect to food safety, both State and
Federal, in Australia. The quality system of Outback Pride focuses
on the delivery of safe quality foods and products to our
customers.
Management and staff are committed to implement a food safety
plan that defines the minimum standards for all of our processes
and follows a series of written procedures that will give you, our
customers, confidence in our products and services.
We believe that our success will be achieved by:
- The managers of the business leading by example
- All staff members playing their part in achieving high
standards of food safety
- Providing ongoing training and education of all staff
- Adherence to documentation procedures
- Constantly reviewing and improving our food safety plan
